Role and Responsibilities:
- Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
- Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
- Working independently while delivering excellent customer service
- Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app
- Building relationships with new and existing customers
What we’re looking for
Essential experience:- Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting
- Full UK manual driving licence
- Confidence dealing directly with customers
- Mobile or on-call engineering experience
- Commercial awareness or customer development experience
