Role and Responsibilities
We’re looking for a hands-on individual to join our fast-paced, creative marketing team. This is a broad, all-round role suited to someone who takes ownership, works at pace, and consistently delivers high-quality output across both print and digital channels. You’ll play a key role in executing marketing activity that supports business growth, working closely with sales and operational teams to ensure campaigns deliver measurable results.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and delivering engaging artwork and marketing materials across multiple departments
- Developing and executing integrated campaigns across print and digital channels
- Producing content including email campaigns, newsletters, social media, and promotional materials
- Supporting product launches with sales tools, guides, and campaign assets
- Planning and supporting events, exhibitions, and partner activity
- Capturing photo and video content to strengthen brand presence
- Ensuring consistent brand messaging across all communications
- Monitoring and reporting on campaign performance, with a focus on ROI
- Supporting wider marketing planning and strategy
What we’re looking for
- 2+ years’ experience in a marketing role, with a strong mix of print and digital execution (ideally B2B)
- A proactive, hands-on approach with the ability to manage workloads and deliver to tight deadlines
- Strong design and content creation skills, including Adobe Creative Suite and digital campaigns using additional software packages
- Confident communicator who collaborates effectively across teams and departments
- Highly organised, detail-focused, and commercially aware
Desirable:
