Role and Responsibilities

  • Attending customer sites to replace hydraulic hoses and components
  • Diagnosing faults and completing repairs safely and efficiently
  • Working independently while delivering excellent customer service
  • Updating jobs and reports via the company mobile app
  • Building relationships with new and existing customers

Essential Experience

  • What we’re looking for
  • Experience in hose replacement, plant, HGV, agricultural or mechanical fitting
  • Full UK manual driving licence
  • Confidence dealing directly with customers

Desirable Experience

  • Mobile or on‑call engineering experience
  • Commercial awareness or customer development experience

This role includes participation in an on‑call rota, typically one week in every four.
