Hydraquip is growing fast and we need a driven Regional Manager to lead from the front across our Central branches. This is your chance to take ownership of a high-impact region, accelerate sales, build standout teams, and deliver exceptional customer experiences.

The Role
You’ll own regional performance, driving profitable growth, expanding market presence, and aligning sales with operational excellence. From shaping strategy to closing key deals, you’ll lead from the front, building a high-performance culture that delivers results.
What You’ll Do
- Drive Growth (50%)
- Own and deliver the regional sales plan
- Grow revenue and margins through smart account management and new business wins
- Lead forecasting, pipeline management, and performance tracking
- Build strong customer relationships and unlock new opportunities
- Support your team in major deals and negotiations
- Lead People (25%)
- Coach, develop, and inspire a high-performing team
- Create a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
- Partner with HR on talent, engagement, and succession planning
- Run Operations (25%)
- Ensure safe, efficient, high-quality service delivery
- Maximise engineer utilisation and customer satisfaction
- Manage budgets, suppliers, and KPIs to drive performance
- Champion safety and compliance across all sites
