As a Technical Sales Advisor, you will deliver high-quality technical and commercial support to new and existing customers. The role involves:
- Understanding customer requirements
- Providing practical technical advice
- Recommending suitable hydraulic, industrial, or engineering solutions
- Sourcing products to specification
- Processing orders
- Maintaining clear, professional communication throughout the sales process
- Handling customer enquiries efficiently via phone, email, website, and live chat
- Upselling and cross-selling related products to maximise sales opportunities and meet KPIs
- Managing key and existing accounts, encouraging repeat business while acquiring new customers
