Job Description for Project Manager:
- Manage product development projects, ensuring functional, cost, and quality requirements are met within budget and on time.
- Collaborate across functions, including Manufacturing, Sales, and Purchasing, to achieve project objectives.
- Foster an agile approach with regular team meetings and short feedback loops.
- Provide transparency on project status and risks, presenting regular summaries to senior management and thus allowing timely decision making.
- Lead the Product Engineering Process (PEP) for new product development, defining schedules, budgets, and deliverables.
- Moderate workshops for innovation, design to cost, design for manufacture and problem solving among other topics.
