Contract Type: Fixed‑term maternity cover position until approximately the end of September 2027. Depending on business needs and mutual interest, there may be an opportunity to extend the contract or continue employment within the company.
This full‑time on‑site role is responsible for all social media and digital channels, reporting to the Director of Marketing. The digital specialist will lead conversations around the Hydrafacial brand, engaging with consumers, estheticians, Hydrafacial providers, influencers, key opinion leaders and colleagues, and drive social media performance, content, and paid initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Manage Hydrafacial social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, Eurostaffs) – editorial calendar, community management, UGC, contests, boosted content and lives.
- Generate organic content and liaise with the Influencer agency and Sales Teams.
- Track and measure social media performance; use Hootsuite for monitoring, measuring, and listening, and build reports & insights for management.
- Work cross‑functionally with Customer Care, Sales, Loyalty, Product, and Quality teams to respond and support all inquiries & questions coming through various social media channels.
- Actively monitor conversations in the beauty, skincare, and health space, inserting Hydrafacial into the discussion.
- Assist the Marketing team in day‑to‑day activities such as scheduling influencer & contest winner appointments, creative briefs, and content management.
- Explore tagged content, select shareable content, and repost to Instagram stories daily.
- Create email journeys for providers, leads and consumers, optimize open and click‑through rates, and draft, send, and report on promotional messages, new product announcements, and other communications.
- Control social media expenses according to Marketing Director’s guidance and marketing budget.
- Manage LVBX tool and agency to ensure optimal usage and drive social media reach; brief and optimise social media and PPC lead generation campaigns in partnership with the media agency; liaise with the CS team to share Meta leads.
- Own the Drop content management platform and partner with Sales and CS teams to keep content up to date and easily accessible.
- Manage e‑commerce performance, optimise customer journey, create promotions, track KPIs, support product launches via digital landscape (web‑shop, website, ads), website maintenance and review user experience and page‑view metrics.
- Analyze Google Analytics reports and support the Senior Digital Manager in merchandising the e‑commerce store.
- Support with tradeshows and congresses as required; handle other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3–5 years of applicable experience in a social media role with a focus on customer service.
- Strong social media savviness and experience with all major platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Eurostaffs, YouTube, TikTok.
- Expertise with website, digital campaigns, and Google Analytics.
- Clear communication skills to collaborate effectively with sales, customer care, training, product, quality, and creative teams.
- Proactive and timely responses to all incoming messages; some weekend work expected.
- Creative and innovative mindset for out‑of‑the‑box campaigns.
- Ability to work well in a fast‑paced, team‑oriented setting requiring high degree of multi‑tasking, teamwork and adaptability.
- Familiarity with mailing software (Mailchimp, Hootsuite, Later, SurveyMonkey, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office, WordPress. Fluency in English and German required.
