This role directly drives consumable revenue, provider loyalty, and the long-term growth of the Hydrafacial brand within a defined territory.

  • What You’ll Do
  • Manage a defined territory of provider accounts for Hydrafacial and the full Skin Health Systems treatment platform, proactively introducing new products, protocols, and treatment boosters to increase utilization and consumable reorder rates.
  • Partner with each customer to develop individualized business plans that drive patient volume, improve treatment menu positioning, and increase practice revenue attributable to Hydrafacial.
  • Drive second-system and trade-up device purchases within the existing customer base by identifying growth opportunities and building ROI-based business cases.
  • Utilize trunk stock strategically to increase booster penetration, support in-office demonstrations, and expand treatment protocol adoption.
  • Deliver hands-on clinical and business training to providers and their staff - independently or in partnership with the Regional Training Specialist - covering patient consultation, front desk coaching, and treatment protocols.
  • Support provider loyalty program engagement, including the My Beauty Health app and online ordering platform, to improve operational efficiency and client retention.
  • Execute field programs and in-office events to drive advanced treatment utilization and reinforce Hydrafacial's clinical and commercial value proposition.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Capital Sales Managers, Regional Training Specialists, and Inside Business Development Managers to execute cohesive territory strategies.
  • Represent Skin Health Systems at customer events, regional meetings, and trade shows to strengthen provider relationships and brand presence.
  • Maintain accurate and complete daily documentation of all customer interactions, business plans, and activities in Salesforce.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Required
  • WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Minimum 5 years of account management experience selling into the aesthetics (cash-pay) market - dermatology, plastic surgery, or med-spa.
  • Maintain a valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle.
  • Demonstrated success helping medical practices or med-spas build a business around a clinical product or device.
  • Experience developing tools, processes, and programs designed to drive patient volume at an owner-operated business level.
  • Strong clinical, sales, and business acumen with ability to communicate ROI and value proposition effectively.
  • Proven track record of quota achievement and MBO attainment.
  • Ability to strategically upsell, forecast accurately, and leverage internal resources to achieve goals.
  • Exceptional communication, planning, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to build and sustain strong client relationships that increase product utilization.
  • Ability to travel up to 75% by car.
  • Flexibility to attend evening and weekend events as needed to support customer business development.
  • Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Aesthetic license.
  • Experience with Salesforce CRM.

Physical Requirements Of The Job

  • Primarily field-based role requiring extensive daily driving, often 4-6 hours per day
  • Ability to stand, walk, and be physically present in clinical environments for extended periods of up to 8 hours.
  • Must be able to lift and carry product samples, trunk stock, and demonstration materials weighing up to 40 lbs.
  • Ability to perform and demonstrate Hydrafacial treatments in client locations as required.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting while driving or working on a laptop between client visits.
  • Occasional setup and breakdown of display or demonstration equipment at trade shows and events.
