The Role: This position will oversee and manage the financial transactions of the company, ensuring the accurate and timely recording of all payments. This position requires exceptional organizational and communication abilities, as well as the capacity to work independently while handling multiple priorities.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with other accounting tasks as needed.
- Supporting SOX / audit tasks as necessary.
- Other duties as assigned.
Experience/Skills/Education:
- 1-3 years of experience in accounts payable and accounts receivable roles.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel (including Pivots and V-Lookups).
- Experience with accounting software (preferably NetSuite and Concur).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.
- Other language skills.
