The predicted salary is between 24000 - 36000 £ per year.
The Role: This position holds primary responsibility for the full range of distribution activities involved with delivering products and equipment to aesthetic clinics and customers and sorting out the inbound deliveries of machines and consumables from the US.
Job Responsibilities:
- Pick and pack orders.
- Prepare machines and stock to ensure they are ready to go out to the clinics.
- Handle deliveries & incoming stock.
- Produce shipping documents – via a number of couriers e.g. DHL.
- Liaise with customers, suppliers and transport companies where required.
- The efficient utilization of space and mechanical handling equipment.
- Manage stock – including use of stock control system software - ensuring inventory accuracy.
- Maintain standards of health and safety, hygiene and security in the work environment.
- Monitor levels of packing materials and maintain stock levels.
- Prepare Hydrafacial and Perk Marketing Kits.
- Prepare HydraFacial Marketing Packs (boxes) – keeping stocked up.
- Organize the warehouse space and keep it tidy at all times.
- Prepare materials/items needed for our events e.g. Red Carpet, FACE and Smart Ideas.
- Prepare and maintain exhibition stands and equipment for shows.
- Travel to occasional shows to put up and take down exhibition stands.
- Have a clear understanding of the company's policies and vision and how the warehouse contributes to these.
- Support with customer enquiries by email and telephone, where required.
- Other duties as assigned.
What you need to know:
Experience/Skills/Education Required:
- Previous experience in a similar role for at least 1-2 years.
- Experience of using a Forklift.
- Excellent communication skills, speed, and accuracy.
- A flexible, friendly approach with a team focus and can-do attitude.
- Initiative, an eye for detail and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- The ability to accurately follow instructions.
- IT literate.
- Must have strong communication skills; able to communicate effectively.
- Fluency in English and local language a must.
Desired:
- Beauty or aesthetics industry experience.
- Other language skills.
