Our commitment to quality and sustainability drives our success, and we are looking for dedicated and detail oriented Operations and Planning Assistant to join our team.
About the role: As an Operations and Planning Assistant, you will be responsible for assisting the Operations Manager in the preparation and maintenance of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Work Instructions, and other administrative duties, and to provide cover for the Production Planner during periods of absence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creating SOPs, Work Instructions and other documentation.
- Data input.
- Preparation of production capacity plans.
- Maintaining computer software.
- Ensuring all finished product packing specifications are accurate.
- Issuing manufacturing work orders and packing specifications.
- Assisting with people planning.
- Organising the Preventive Planned Maintenance.
About you:
- Highly literate.
- Good level of conversational and written English.
- Highly numerate.
- Computer literate.
- Experience of working with quality systems.
- Experience with writing SOPs, Work Instructions and creating forms.
- Ability to work with and communicate effectively with operational personnel and management.
- Experience of LV software (preferred).
- Planning experience (preferred).
- High personal standards of quality and discipline.
- Problem solver.
- Organised and methodical.
- Good attention to detail.
- Ability to work to deadlines.
