Our commitment to quality and sustainability drives our success, and we are looking for an additional, dedicated and detail oriented, Marketing & Communications Executive.

About the role:

The Marketing & Communications Executive will be responsible for supporting the development and implementation of marketing strategies and communication plans to enhance the Company's brand presence and drive engagement. This role requires a creative and strategic thinker with excellent communication and project management skills and a passion for marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans and strategies to promote the Company's products and services.
  • Create and manage content for various marketing channels, including social media, website, email campaigns, and print materials.
  • Coordinate and oversee the production of marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and advertisements.
  • Manage the Company's social media presence, including content creation, scheduling, and engagement with followers.
  • Plan and execute events, trade shows, and promotional activities to increase brand awareness.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure consistent messaging and branding.
  • Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and strategies.
  • Prepare and present reports on marketing activities and results to senior management.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including social media management, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Knowledge of graphic design software (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite).
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in marketing and communications, preferably in manufacturing industry.
  • CIM qualified (preferred)
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent organisational and project management skills.
