This part-time role (3–4 days per week) puts you in-house as a trusted adviser to HR, Finance and senior leadership, ensuring data accuracy, regulatory compliance and a reliable payroll service within a growing multi-entity group.

You will manage outsourced payroll relationships, oversee benefit schemes, and drive improvements in processes and data.
