In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to dive into SEO, working with a range of clients to help improve their website performance. You’ll be working alongside a genuinely friendly and inclusive team of experts who will support you every step of the way, helping you develop your skills and grow into the role.
Working under the head of digital marketing, you’ll get ownership of your own work, conduct audits and research, and explore ways to boost website rankings and visibility – all with plenty of guidance and constant support from both the SEO project manager and the rest of the team. Whether it’s solving technical challenges, crafting content, or building strong client relationships, you’ll learn and upskill on the job and make a real impact.

At your core, you are:
- Passionate about SEO, digital marketing, and continuous learning.
- Commercially aware and able to identify opportunities that benefit clients.
- Some relevant experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO preferred.
- Solid understanding of key SEO principles.
- Ability to identify and address key technical issues on websites.
- Proficient in using Google Analytics and Search Console (or similar tools).
- Strong time management skills, capable of working independently or as part of a team.
- Proactive, positive, and adaptable, with a passion for delivering high‑quality work.

Due to the nature of some of the work we undertake, we cannot offer this role as remote or to freelance applicants.
