What hours will you be working?

35-40 hours per week including evenings and weekends with flexible shifts.

What you’ll be doing as a Duty Manager

We are seeking a Duty Manager to enhance our team and help us excel.

You will oversee the day-to-day activities of the front of house team, be knowledgeable about all products in the bar and restaurant areas, and be able to make recommendations and upsell. Most importantly, you love to look after people, understand what makes them happy, and have the desire to make someone\’s day.

With a passion for hospitality, you will be able to supervise in a team-focused environment. You will have the ability to give clear direction, delegate, and adapt to change. You will also be extremely organized and possess strong decision-making skills.

Your Pub

The Sam Brooks is a popular, local pub in Sale, serving quality cask ales, lagers, and wines. Our extensive food menu features pub classics and caters to all tastes and occasions. Sunday lunch is our house specialty, enjoyed with family and friends. Our attractive al-fresco patio is perfect during summer. Join us for weekly entertainment, quiz nights, and live sports.
