What you’ll be doing as Chef de Partie?

Here at Hydes, food quality and looking after our people is key. As our Chef de Partie, you will enjoy delivering excellent food standards always, to deliver our seasonal menus and daily specials, in a friendly and supportive environment. As a key member of the brigade, you will have attention to detail, ensuring all dishes are prepared to spec, and have experience of all stations with the ability to produce a range of starters, mains, and desserts. You will also support your Sous and Head Chef with food ordering, stock management, and maintaining a 5-star rating. Previous experience, preferably in a fresh food environment, is required. If you are a commis looking to progress, we welcome your application.
