Job Description

We're on the lookout for a Marketing and F&B Reservations Manager to join our team.

You will be responsible for planning, executing and optimising all marketing activity for Leydi London, and supporting Hyde London City in that capacity, ensuring campaigns launch on time, meet brand standards and deliver measurable results.

This role is hands‑on and operational, so you'll both plan and execute.

  • What you’ll do…
  • Own and maintain the marketing calendar, campaigns and activations.
  • Execute monthly marketing plans aligned with business priorities.
  • Coordinate closely with operations to ensure seamless implementation.
  • Manage PR agency communications and coverage opportunities.
  • Brief and oversee designers, photographers and external suppliers.
  • Execute photoshoots, videoshoots and content production.
  • Maintain the website, listings, reservation and delivery platforms.
  • Drive collaborations, partnerships and visibility initiatives.
  • Track KPIs, marketing spend and campaign performance.
  • Produce monthly performance and insight reports.
  • Manage the social media pages for Leydi London, and launch the Hyde London City pages in 2027.
  • Manage the reservations mailbox for Leydi London, making sure large party and events bookings are confirmed.

Qualifications

  • Proven marketing experience within hospitality, lifestyle or F&B.
  • Strong organisational and project management skills.
  • Experience managing agencies and multiple stakeholders.
  • Confidence working with budgets, reporting and KPIs.
  • Knowledge of digital platforms, social media and guest engagement.
  • Attention to detail and a deadline‑driven approach.
  • A proactive mindset and problem‑solving attitude.
  • Some graphic design experience, with Canva, AI tools and other creative software.
  • You enjoy turning marketing plans into real‑world guest experiences.
  • You're happy working five days a week on site, working closely with the F&B team and other Heads of Department.
  • Additional Information
  • Up to £47,000.00 per annum including tronc plus great benefits
  • Up to 28 days holidays (inclusive of bank holidays), pension and life insurance.
