We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to support the day-to-day kiosk operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and be a key part of our friendly team. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Delivering top-tier customer service – making every customer feel welcome and ensuring a friendly, engaging atmosphere.
- Assisting with food & drink preparation – supporting baristas and chefs in delivering fresh, high-quality products.
- Keeping the kiosk running smoothly – helping with cleaning, stock replenishment, and general upkeep.
- Taking orders & serving customers – ensuring fast and efficient service with a smile.
- Presenting products beautifully – ensuring displays look abundant, inviting, and visually appealing.
- Maintaining health & safety standards – ensuring the kiosk remains clean, safe, and
- Bringing energy & enthusiasm – supporting a positive, team-focused work environment.
What We’re Looking For:

- A flexible & adaptable attitude – ready to work weekends and peak periods but no evenings.
- Previous customer service experience – some experience in providing great customer experience is preferred - we’ll provide full training!
