We are looking for a positive, infectious Night Front Desk Agent to greet guests and provide top‑notch service at Hyde London City.

Responsibilities:

  • Create a memorable Hyde experience for our guests, ensuring they feel special and eager to return.
  • Handle phone calls and guest requests that arise during the shift.
  • Manage guest billing, transactions, and reception float accurately.
  • Watch over guests and their belongings, reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate crew for resolution.
  • Coordinate with other departments and staff to maintain smooth operations and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Positive attitude and helpfulness, making guests feel confident you can answer any question.
  • Previous hotel or similar experience preferred but not mandatory; willingness to learn is critical.
  • Familiarity with Opera or another front‑desk operating system is an advantage.
