We are looking for a positive, infectious Night Front Desk Agent to greet guests and provide top‑notch service at Hyde London City.
Responsibilities:
- Create a memorable Hyde experience for our guests, ensuring they feel special and eager to return.
- Handle phone calls and guest requests that arise during the shift.
- Manage guest billing, transactions, and reception float accurately.
- Watch over guests and their belongings, reporting maintenance issues to the appropriate crew for resolution.
