We’re on the lookout for a Head of Sales to join our team. You will be responsible for leading and executing our commercial strategy, driving revenue growth across all segments, and inspiring a high-performing sales team.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement strategic commercial plans in close collaboration with the General Manager and Revenue to source, drive, and grow revenue across all segments.
  • Monitor results, adjust strategies and activities to ensure objectives and targets are consistently met.
  • Manage and lead the sales team, fostering a highly proactive and high-performing environment that empowers the team to deliver on all objectives.
  • Ensure close working relationships with regional and brand leads, as well as fostering strong connections with the wider global sales team.
  • Provide local market knowledge to help us stay ahead of the competition and spot new opportunities.
  • Collaborate with key teams to ensure essential information and insights are shared, building strong relationships to drive top-line revenue and deliver exceptional guest experiences.
  • Manage a portfolio of key accounts, leading rate negotiations and account management activities while maximizing market share.
Qualifications
  • Looking for a challenge and a place where you can be yourself. Your personality matters more than your CV.
  • 5+ years’ experience in a senior sales role, preferably within the hospitality sector, and a proven track record of driving revenue.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and a natural at building strong and lasting relationships, both internally and externally.
  • Passionate about hotel sales, goal-driven and always looking for ways to exceed targets.
  • Ability to introduce structured ways of working into a fast-paced environment that relies on flexibility and speed.
  • Experience using OPERA Cloud is desirable.
  • Humble and open to ideas, leaving egos at the door and helping get it done.
  • Desire to be part of something bigger and have fun along the way.
