The Hoxton, Edinburgh is looking for a Night Auditor to join our team and play a crucial part in successfully launching our brand in this new neighbourhood. Reporting to the Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for supporting the night shifts and ensuring our guest experience never flags – even at night!

What You’ll Do:
- Ensure our guest experience never flags, even at night! Treat our guests as individuals, make them feel welcome and their stay special - the Hox way.
- Deal with the coming and going of guests, ensuring all bills are correct and contain no surprises.
- Work with all our teams to ensure we’re always busy and assist our Night Manager with any overbooking levels.
- Carry out the night audit procedures accurately, reporting any discrepancies and ensuring quick resolution.
- Answer phones, sort out requests and anything that might arise, involving the team as needed.
- Assist the Night Manager with end of day procedures.
- Maintain a positive and friendly attitude, even when working to achieve solutions to challenges.
- Ensure the safety of guests overnight whilst they are tucked up asleep.
