Company Description

We are currently recruiting for a Brand Coordinator to join us here at the Hoxton. The role will be a vital support to our Brand Managers working across our Shoreditch, Holborn, Shepherd’s Bush and Southwark hotels, the latter inclusive of our exciting Working From co-working space. Additionally, this role will also support our Dublin and Edinburgh teams once those properties open later in 2025.

Reporting to our Head of Marketing (UK & Ireland), you will be responsible for supporting the Brand team driving the brand vision and ensuring that plans are delivered on time and executed to a high standard.

Job Description

We don’t go in for strict job descriptions, we all like to get mucked in, however here’s an idea of how we see the role:

  • Support the Brand team on development of brand tools, guidelines and key brand initiatives ensuring we push creativity and execution and connect with our consumers in innovative ways.
  • Work closely with hotel operations team to ensure all brand guidelines and stories are implemented and best practices and learnings are shared across the business.
  • Contribute to brand projects ensuring clear briefs are in place and drive communication across relevant departments and a high standard of execution.
  • Develop a strong cultural programme of events, activations, installations, performances that root us in local creative communities across art, fashion, music, tech, wellness etc.
  • Build strong network of brand partnerships to elevate the brand reach into new and interesting communities.
  • Develop and own a brand ambassador plan across key industries that adds credibility, drive advocacy and repeat guests.
  • Manage workflow across the brand team and creative design studio. Own and develop project plans and timelines ensuring deadlines are clear, tracked and met on key brand projects.
  • Coordinate and share brand information and project updates to key internal stakeholders on a regular and ongoing basis.
  • Manage and update key brand data reports to ensure we are tracking the effectiveness of our campaigns and are evaluating performance against KPIs.
  • Understand & immerse yourself in the marketplace – consumer and competitors to ensure we continue to drive new thinking.

Qualifications

  • You have 1-2 years branding or marketing experience, having worked in lifestyle or culturally relevant brands.
  • You will be a curious soul with strong project management, organisation and communication skills.
  • You get us. You know our hotels; you’ve hung out in our bars and possibly regretted that last cocktail the next morning.
  • You get stuff done.
  • You’re not precious. You appreciate some ideas work and some don’t. But we do like to try (almost) everything once.
  • You are humble. There are no egos, and no drama.
  • Your glass is half full, always.
