Hyde is looking to recruit an inbound Customer Service Officer. Hyde is one of the UK's leading and award-winning providers of affordable homes in London, the South-East and surrounding areas. We provide and manage 50,000 homes to over 100,000 customers. As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working within our demanding call centre as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be expected to manage a high volume of demanding and challenging inbound telephone calls, ensuring a speedy resolution and a satisfied customer.

Responsibilities
  • Acting as a first point of contact for customers.
  • Handling up to 50-60 demanding telephone calls daily.
  • Referring specialist and complex enquiries to relevant teams.
  • Providing great customer service across all communication platforms.
  • Meeting or exceeding KPIs / targets.
  • Building and maintaining excellent rapport with our internal and external customers.
