Hyde is looking to recruit an inbound Customer Service Officer.

As a Customer Service Officer, you will be working within our demanding call centre as the first point of contact for our customers. You will be expected to manage a high volume of demanding and challenging inbound telephone calls, ensuring a speedy resolution and a satisfied customer.
Responsibilities
- Acting as a first point of contact for customers.
- Handling up to 50-60 demanding telephone calls daily.
- Referring specialist and complex enquiries to relevant teams.
- Providing great customer service across all communication platforms.
- Meeting or exceeding KPIs / targets.
- Building and maintaining excellent rapport with our internal and external customers.
