Hyde is looking for a Project Assistant to join our Portfolio Management team. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your career in real estate with great opportunities to learn on the job and develop skills and knowledge in portfolio transactions.
As a Project Assistant at Hyde, you will provide effective, efficient, and proactive project and administrative support to the Void Disposal Programme, Portfolio and Tenanted transactions. You will play a key role in ensuring information systems run smoothly, helping to obtain key data and documents that are needed for portfolio sales and supporting the team in co-ordinating various projects to ensure they complete to given deadlines.
Role
- Provide project and administrative supporting on the void disposal programme, portfolio and tenanted transactions
- Manage, and maintain information and input to various administrative, property and payment systems
- Review Compliance documentation to ensure they meet requirements and produce any gap analysis
- Attending meetings internal, produce meeting notes and actions and monitor/manage actions
- Structuring and populating data rooms/sharefile with extensive document review and upload
