The role involves working closely with Product Managers, Technology teams and business stakeholders to deliver practical, userâfocused solutions that improve services and operational performance. You will translate business needs into clear, prioritised requirements and user stories, ensuring products deliver measurable value. You will be embedded within a productâled, agile environment, supporting the full lifecycle of change â from discovery and analysis through to delivery and continuous improvement.
Key responsibilities:- Analyse and document current and futureâstate business processes across key systems and services.
- Elicit, define and manage business requirements, translating them into clear user stories with robust acceptance criteria.
- Work collaboratively with Product Managers, developers and stakeholders to shape solutions that meet user and organisational needs.
- Facilitate workshops, interviews and data analysis to identify problems, opportunities and service improvements.
- Document workflows, functional specifications and solution designs, securing stakeholder signâoff where required.
- Support delivery teams by clarifying requirements, managing dependencies and contributing to backlog refinement.
- Undertake investigative and dataâled analysis to inform decisionâmaking and support continuous improvement.
- At least 2 years' experience in a Business Analyst or similar role.
- Experience working in productâled or digital transformation environments, using iterative and agile methods.
- Handsâon experience with TotalMobile (Connect, Mobile & Insights) and Salesforce.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to turn complex information into clear, actionable insights.
- Proven experience writing highâquality business requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the confidence to challenge and influence constructively.
- Ability to deliver highâquality outputs at pace in both structured and fastâmoving environments.
