Would you like to join Hyde as an administrator? We are looking for an organised and proactive Administrator – Scheduler to support our team of surveyors. This is a vital role where you will make sure appointments are booked efficiently, customers are kept informed, and works are delivered on time.

At Hyde, our customers rely on us to maintain safe, high-quality homes. As a Scheduler, you will be at the heart of that service – making sure the right people are in the right place at the right time, with everything they need to complete the job.

What you will be doing:

  • Managing surveyors' diaries to ensure appointments are scheduled efficiently and targets are met
  • Speaking with customers to arrange and rearrange appointments, providing a professional and helpful service at all times
  • Prioritising emergency and overdue jobs to ensure urgent issues are dealt with quickly
  • Planning workloads logically, ensuring operatives have the right materials and sensible travel routes
  • Filling gaps in schedules with planned works to keep productivity high
  • Monitoring job progress, completions and updates from subcontractors, keeping records accurate and up to date
  • Working closely with colleagues across teams to ensure a smooth and responsive service

What we are looking for:

  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once
  • Good administrative experience with strong attention to detail
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Outlook)
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • A customer-focused approach with the ability to stay calm under pressure
  • Experience in scheduling, coordination
  • Experience in social housing is helpful, but not essential
