We are now seeking an Administrator to join our team, playing a key role in supporting supplier management, cost control and operational efficiency across our supply chain.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Handling incoming purchasing and support services phone calls.
  • Supporting invoice checks, resolving queries and maintaining supplier paperwork.
  • Administer purchase orders raised ensuring correct coding and appropriate approval authorisations are in place.
  • Maintaining multiple shared inboxes.
  • Ensure correct information is provided for special material processing.
  • Warehouse cover when required.
  • Providing general administrative support and helping the team run smoothly.
