Revenue Trainee
Mondrian & Hyde Ibiza offers a unique opportunity to showcase two one‑of‑a‑kind lifestyle hotel brands on the idyllic Cala Llonga beach in Ibiza. Hyde Hotels will be part of this exciting venture, bringing a festival‑inspired atmosphere and a focus on premium dining, music and nightlife. The properties will feature 154 guest rooms in Mondrian and 401 in Hyde, with a total of 7 restaurant and bar outlets. The hotels are operated by Ennismore in collaboration with Grupo Azul Mar Cala Llonga owned by Apollo.
Job Description
- Supporting the daily tasks of the Revenue team, learning how pricing and distribution decisions are made.
- Helping with rate and inventory updates across different systems.
- Monitoring pick‑up, occupancy, ADR and RevPAR.
- Participating in the preparation of reports and dashboards to track hotel performance and trends.
- Assisting in benchmarking and market analysis to keep an eye on what the competition is up to.
- Collaborating with Sales & Marketing to align pricing, offers and positioning.
- Getting involved in forecast and budget processes – and understanding the “why” behind the numbers.
- Supporting the reservations team with daily operations, helping to solve issues and optimise sales opportunities.
Qualifications
- EU nationality is required.
- Fluent in English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Hospitality, Business or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen interest in revenue management and pricing strategies.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel; familiarity with reservation systems (e.g., Opera, SynXis) is a plus.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work as part of a team.
- Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
