Descripción del empleo
Qué harÃas en tu dÃa a dÃa:
- Contabilización de facturas de proveedores en el sistema contable.
- Creación de vendedores/proveedores y conciliación de extractos y seguimiento de contratos.
- Preparación de la ejecución de pago con todas las facturas pertinentes para el ADOF.
- Revisar la antigüedad AP y justificar los importes pendientes antiguos.
- Preparación y contabilización de los diarios de fin de mes relacionados con las cuentas a pagar.
- Asistir al asistente del DOF en las conciliaciones mensuales del libro mayor.
Requisitos
Qué estamos buscando:
- Experiencia previa en un puesto similar dentro del sector de la hostelerÃa, aunque no es imprescindible.
- Demostrar conocimientos sobre temas, productos, sistemas y procesos relevantes para el puesto.
- Mantenerte actualizado técnicamente y aplicar nuevos conocimientos a tu trabajo.
- Conocimientos de Excel; de nivel intermedio a avanzado.
- Se valorará el conocimiento de Power BI o similar.
- Eres capaz de trabajar en un entorno de ritmo rápido y hacer frente a la presión.
- Buena organización y gestión del tiempo.
- Creatividad e innovación: capacidad para generar ideas de manera constante en diversos entornos.
- Mentalidad abierta: disposición para explorar nuevas ideas y enfoques.
- Idioma: se requiere dominio del español. El inglés será considerado una ventaja.
