Descripción del empleo:
- Recepción y bienvenida de los huéspedes a su llegada al hotel.
- Ayudar con el equipaje de los huéspedes, llevándolo desde el área de recepción hasta sus habitaciones.
- Proporcionar información sobre las instalaciones del hotel, los servicios disponibles y las atracciones locales.
- Asistir a los huéspedes con cualquier solicitud especial, como reservas en restaurantes, transporte o actividades recreativas.
- Mantener el vestíbulo y las áreas comunes limpias y ordenadas.
- Brindar asistencia con el estacionamiento de vehículos si es necesario.
- Entregar artículos solicitados a las habitaciones de los huéspedes, como periódicos, alimentos y bebidas, o artículos de tocador adicionales.
- Coordinar con otros departamentos del hotel para garantizar que las solicitudes de los huéspedes se atiendan de manera oportuna.
