We are seeking toappoint a self-motivated, enthusiastic and energetic Head of Year to workwithin Hyde High School’s Pastoral Team and lead a cohort of up to 240 pupils.
Taking keyresponsibility for a whole year group, the Head of Year will promote theexcellent behaviour, personal development, progress and welfare of all pupilsso that they can realise their full potential.The post-holder will have a visible presence as the lead figure fortheir allocated year group and will promote high expectations, high standardsand a positive culture and ethos that praises and celebrates all aspects ofpupil achievement.
