About the opportunity
The Project Engineer will be based at our busy site in Denton (Manchester) and will support the management of a key account.
Responsibilities include contract reviews, responding to Requests for Quotations, providing progress reports, and driving continuous improvement to ensure 100% delivery schedule adherence.

- Support the management of the key account
- Carry out contract reviews with the customer
- Respond to Requests for Quotations
- Provide progress reports
- Drive continuous improvement activity
- Partner with the Key Project Management team to grow the account in line with business strategy
- Manage the order book
Essential Skills
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Good understanding of purchasing and procurement
- Full UK driving licence
- Engineering/Manufacturing background or a degree in an engineering discipline
Desirable Skills
- Experience with SAP (training will be provided if needed)
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Understanding of engineering processes, precision machining and surface treatment disciplines
- Formal Project Management qualification (or willingness to undertake a course)
