About the opportunity

The Key Account Manager is a critical management role that requires strong account management/project management skills to ensure that our clients are provided with first-class service. It is a customer-facing role and the ability to communicate very effectively to develop the relationship, engender trust and provide confidence in the Hyde business is essential. You will be expected to build and maintain a high level of Hyde and client knowledge, often with a technical slant. You will need to be able to convey this information with confidence and authority.
