About the opportunity
We are looking for an experienced Senior Quality Engineer to lead and support quality assurance activities across our fabrication, welding and non-destructive testing operations. This is a hands-on, proactive role suited to an experienced engineer who thrives in a fast-paced aerospace manufacturing environment and is passionate about maintaining the highest levels of quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction.
As a key member of the Quality team, you'll ensure adherence to AS9100, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and NADCAP standards while driving robust root cause analysis, process improvement, and right-first-time culture throughout production.
You'll work closely with senior leadership, production teams, and customers to maintain our reputation for exceptional quality and reliability.
Key Responsibilities

Act as a technical authority for all quality-related matters within fabrication, welding, and assembly operations.

Ensure compliance with AS9100, NADCAP, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Lead internal, external, and customer audits, ensuring timely closure of non-conformances.

Conduct and oversee FAIRs, PPAP, APQP and other customer deliverables in line with aerospace requirements.

Manage supplier quality performance, including audits, assessments, and corrective actions.

Drive root cause analysis and implement effective corrective and preventive actions (8D, 5-Whys, Ishikawa, etc). xgikmsk
