What the job involves
- Organise and manage the schedules of trade operatives so appointments are kept
- Contact customers and operatives to arrange or change appointments
- Prioritise urgent and overdue jobs so they are completed on time
- Make sure operatives have the right materials and routes for their jobs
- Fill gaps in schedules with planned work to keep productivity high
- Track job progress, completions and updates from subcontractors
Skills & knowledge
- Strong organisational and administrative skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
