- Support implementation of new digital systems across the business.
- Assist in developing and testing system solutions from concept to deployment.

- Develop dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI).

Process Improvement (Industry 4.0)
- Work on initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
- Support proof‑of‑concept work through to full business deployment.

Training & Support
- Create clear documentation and user guides.
- Support training of system users across the business.
- Provide first‑line support for digital tools and systems.
