As a Sales Manager, you will lead the sales function, identify and secure new business opportunities, and develop customer relationships to support growth across the organisation.
Main Duties
- Prepare and coordinate commercial quotations and proposals alongside the Business Directors and Estimators.
- Generate new business opportunities and revenue streams that align with the business capabilities.
- Manage and develop existing strategic and tactical customer accounts.
- Lead sales and business development activities, including exhibitions and industry events.
- Identify, target and acquire potential new clients through cold calling, networking and industry events.
- Liaise with operational teams to ensure successful project delivery.
Essential Skills
- Strong communication and social skills, both verbal and written.
- Good understanding of technical drawings and specifications.
- Good product knowledge of large CNC machining and fabrications.
Desired Skills
- Previous experience in technical sales, manufacturing and field sales is preferred.

- Previous experience working within technical sales, manufacturing or field sales environments.
- Experience within the aerospace or nuclear industry would be advantageous, although this is not essential.
