About us: We have successfully supplied to the aerospace industry for over 50 years. Our key customers include Rolls-Royce, NIS, Cavendish Nuclear, and BAE Systems. We are currently on track to achieve strong growth plans and pride ourselves on delivering right-first-time solutions and going the extra mile to delight our customers.

This role involves supporting the management of one of our key accounts. You will be responsible for carrying out contract reviews with the customer, responding to requests for quotations, and providing progress reports. You will drive continuous improvement activity and ensure we achieve 100% delivery schedule adherence. You will work in partnership with the key project-management team to grow the account in line with our business strategy and manage the order book. You must be customer focused with strong communication skills.
Essential Skills:
- Strong IT skills (Microsoft Word and Excel)
- Good understanding of purchasing and procurement
- Full UK driving licence
- Engineering/Manufacturing background or a degree in an engineering discipline
Desirable Skills:
- SAP experience – training will be provided if needed
- Ability to read engineering drawings
- Understanding of engineering processes, precision machining and surface-treatment disciplines
- Formal project-management qualification is advantageous; if you do not already hold one, we would look to book you onto a course
