As an Administrator Assistant, you will be based at our Head Office, providing administration support for departments within Hyde Central Services. Full-time position, 36.5 hours over 5 days.
Main Duties:
- Being responsible for the reception area.
- Liaise with over 20 separate business units, dealing with queries.
- Operate a central mailbox and phone line.
- Setting templates up for payments, checking and authorising internal payments, adding new companies to our payment list and updating existing payments.
- Creating purchase orders, posting invoices and raising recharges.
Essential Skills:
- Basic experience in an office environment.
- Self-motivated and able to work on own initiative.
- Excellent organisational skills.
- An excellent team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including both written and verbal communication.
Desired Skills:
- Experience in using Microsoft Office, Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Admin Experience.
- Experience using/navigating SAP.
- A clean full UK driving license.
