As a CNC Turner, you will be responsible for programming, setting, and operating Mazak CNC lathes to produce precision aerospace components to tight tolerances and exacting quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Program, set, and operate Mazak CNC lathes using Mazatrol controls.
  • Manufacture complex aerospace components from technical drawings.
  • Work to AS9100 and aerospace quality standards.
  • Conduct in-process inspection using precision measuring equipment.
  • Collaborate with engineering and quality teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a CNC Turner in a precision or aerospace engineering environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Mazak machines and Mazatrol programming.
  • Ability to read and interpret aerospace engineering drawings.
  • Familiarity with quality standards such as AS9100.
  • Excellent attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
