Main Duties

  • Digital Systems & Projects
    • Support implementation of new digital systems across the business.
    • Assist in developing and testing system solutions from concept to deployment.
    • Work with IT and engineering teams to deliver secure and scalable solutions.
    • Contribute to ERP and manufacturing system improvements.
  • Data, Reporting & Automation
    • Develop dashboards and reports (e.g. Power BI).
    • Analyse data to support operational and management decisions.
    • Help automate manual processes using digital tools and AI concepts.
    • Support data integrity, migration, and system performance improvements.
  • Process Improvement (Industry 4.0)
    • Work on initiatives to improve productivity and reduce costs.
    • Support proof‑of‑concept work through to full business deployment.
    • Collaborate with Continuous Improvement teams to implement change.
  • Training & Support
    • Create clear documentation and user guides.
    • Support training of system users across the business.
    • Provide first‑line support for digital tools and systems.
