Key responsibilities:

  • Be the reassuring overnight presence of Hyde and Seek Hotel, ensuring guests feel safe, welcomed, and genuinely cared for throughout the night.
  • Act as a hands-on support for the Front of House team, delivering intuitive, timely assistance that reflects a strong people-first mindset.
  • Provide seamless porter and concierge-style support, including luggage assistance, room deliveries, guest requests, and general Front of House support with care and attention to detail.
  • Maintain a visible and approachable presence in all public areas, creating a calm, welcoming, and well-managed environment throughout the night.
  • Support late arrivals and early departures, working closely with Night Reception to ensure a smooth and effortless guest journey.
  • Respond to guest needs quickly and thoughtfully, always aiming to exceed expectations through attentive and personalised service.
  • Act with integrity and responsibility in handling guest belongings, hotel property, and all operational procedures.
  • Monitor public areas throughout the night, supporting a safe, secure, and well-presented environment across Hyde and Seek Hotel.
  • Represent Hyde and Seek Hotel with professionalism, warmth, and pride, acting as an ambassador of its personality and values.

About you:

  • Experience in a Night Porter, Concierge, or Front of House support role within a hotel environment.
  • A calm, confident, and reliable presence who naturally puts people first in every interaction.
  • Strong attention to detail, ensuring guest requests, deliveries, and service moments are handled with care and accuracy.
  • Comfortable working overnight shifts, maintaining consistency, focus, and professionalism throughout the night.
  • Physically capable and willing to assist with luggage and light operational tasks.
  • Organised and adaptable, able to prioritise effectively in a calm but important operational environment.
  • A true ambassador for Hyde and Seek Hotel, bringing care, character, and consistency to the overnight guest experience.
