Our client is an immediately recognisable and prestigious global Investment Bank. They currently have an excellent opportunity to join their Internal Audit team in London.

You will be responsible for:

  • Delivering and leading audits relating to all Financial Crime risks including, AML, Sanctions, ABC, Fraud and CTF.
  • Involvement in all areas of the audit lifecycle from scoping and planning to reporting.
  • Drafting audit issues, conducting issue tracking and validating closure of issues.
  • Gaining exposure to key business stakeholders.

Your Profile

  • 4+ years Corporate or investment banking internal audit experience is essential, some of which must have been spent conducting Financial Crime audit.
  • Currently working in one of the major global investment banks.
  • A good understanding of the risk and control environment and knowledge of the regulatory environment.
  • Able to take ownership and responsibility of agreed targets and deliver on commitments within budget, in order to ensure timely and efficient completion of audit projects.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
