Location: Bristol - Hybrid working cycle (3 days onsite, 2 days from home).

We are looking for an enthusiastic Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our growing Talent team. This role will have a key focus on delivering our sales recruitment in Bristol. With our recent TA Specialist being promoted within their first 3 months, we are now looking for our next team member to join and take the lead in UK Sales recruitment.

About you:

  • The role would suit recruiters who have dealt with volume recruitment. You could have an agency background or internal; we are open to candidates from both.
  • Previous sales recruitment would be a bonus but not essential, as we are happy to provide training & development.
  • You should also be a strong communicator and have either client or internal stakeholder management exposure.
  • We are looking for someone who is motivated to learn, organised in their work and passionate about sales recruitment.
  • You will also be comfortable using LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards, with an understanding of how to organise an ATS and using Microsoft Teams for interviews.

Ideally, a 360 agency recruitment background; however, we are open to speaking with delivery only agency & internal recruiters too. Passionate about candidate experience and employer branding. Experienced using LinkedIn Recruiter, MS Teams. Prior sales recruitment would be beneficial; however, not essential.

The Talent Acquisition Specialist role:

  • Resource & screen top sales talent for Hybrid in Bristol.
  • Working in collaboration with Sales Directors to achieve regular cohorts.
  • Own & manage the recruitment cycle from end to end.
  • Take ownership of onboarding and recruiting activities relating to sales recruits and other areas of the business where needed.
  • Assist team members with direct sourcing & headhunting activities when needed.
  • Use of ATS, LinkedIn, job boards and other direct sourcing tools to identify active & passive candidates, engage and manage them through the application process.
  • Present job offers to successful applicants, highlighting the benefits of working for Hybrid and securing their commitment to accept.
  • Promote and elevate Hybrid’s brand through positive candidate experience and employee engagement.
  • Assist on admin related to Talent & People activity.
  • Maintaining activity reports that accurately reflect the status of assignments / new sales starters.
