The opportunity:
We are looking for Sales Development Representatives to join our growing New Business team. Hybrid has been built with New Business Sales at its core – our culture revolves around high performance, autonomy paired with accountability and the constant striving for improvement towards excellence.
You will first develop an understanding of how Hybrid works with our clients and the first-class solutions we deliver. As you develop through our Sales Academy training, you will build a broad foundation of knowledge across our products and solutions as well as practise winning sales techniques. After you’ve absorbed the initial extensive training on offer, you’ll use your own initiative and personal drive to produce successful results whilst being supported by senior colleagues.
What you put into the training, coaching and job at hand, is what you will get out of it – as you succeed, you will take on more responsibility and higher earnings. You’ll be working in our stylish modern office, located on Queen Square in the heart of Bristol.
Your role will include the following areas, although you will grow into this as part of your development:
- Use balanced prospecting (phone, email and social) to book appointments for the wider Sales team and support them in closing deals
- Utilise data-driven market knowledge to identify relevant clients in the Higher Education and/or Technology space
- Build interest from C-level Tech Executives / Higher Education senior leadership through impactful communication and clear articulation of our digital media products and services
About you:
- You’ll need to be ambitious, driven and energetic, and love building great relationships with people
- From day one, you will work alongside our established Sales stars and gain responsibility in growing a client pipeline, and will need to be organised, passionate and eager to learn from those who sell well.
- You will be stretched but trusted, and have all the support you need from the wider team to be successful. Although it is a team environment, sales is a competitive game so we’re looking for tenacious and resilient individuals.
- Sales experience would be beneficial, although it is not essential. We find that the personal drive to win coupled with a relationship-building mindset is more important. If that is you, then we would love to hear from you.
