About the Role: We’re looking for an experienced and highly creative Senior Graphic Designer to join our growing creative team. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker and accomplished visual communicator who can lead creative projects from concept through to execution, while helping to shape and elevate the creative output across our client portfolio. As a Senior Graphic Designer, you will play a key role in developing compelling visual campaigns for leading universities and education brands around the world. You’ll combine exceptional design skills with strong commercial awareness, mentoring junior team members and collaborating closely with Creative, Marketing, Strategy, and Client Services teams to deliver work that drives engagement and achieves client objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the creative development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across digital, print, social media, advertising, events, and branded content.
  • Translate strategic briefs and complex messaging into engaging, visually impactful creative solutions.
  • Champion creative excellence across all projects, ensuring work is innovative, effective, and aligned with client objectives.
  • Collaborate with Creative Directors, marketers, copywriters, and account teams to develop concepts that deliver measurable results.
  • Maintain and evolve client brand identities, ensuring consistency while identifying opportunities for creative innovation.
  • Present creative concepts and campaign ideas confidently to internal stakeholders and, where required, directly to clients.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing competing priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
  • Provide guidance, mentorship, and constructive feedback to junior and mid-level designers, supporting their professional growth and development.
  • Contribute to creative processes, workflows, and best practices to improve team efficiency and output quality.
  • Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, AI-powered creative tools, and industry developments to continually enhance creative capabilities.

What We're Looking For:

  • 6+ years of professional graphic design experience, ideally within an agency, marketing, or higher education environment.
  • An outstanding portfolio demonstrating strategic thinking, creative leadership, and exceptional execution across a variety of channels and formats.
  • Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Strong understanding of branding, visual identity systems, typography, layout, storytelling, and user engagement.
  • Experience developing and leading creative concepts for integrated marketing campaigns.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to articulate and defend creative decisions to stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience mentoring or managing junior designers and contributing to team development.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality creative work.
  • Experience with motion graphics, video editing, Figma, UX/UI design, or AI-powered creative tools would be advantageous.
