Reporting to the People/Office Manager and the EA to the President of Hybrid, you will support the wider management team across a range of tasks including calendar management, travel coordination, meeting hospitality, and general office support.

We are looking for someone with an interest in business management, educated to GCSE/A-Level standard or above. No two days are the same and you will develop a broad range of skills for future career opportunities!

Key Responsibilities:
  • Administration: Calendar Management, Photocopying, scanning
  • Reception: Acting as first point of contact for visitors and incoming calls
  • Office Support: Travel bookings, Office Stationery, Volunteering Days
  • HR Support: Supporting onboarding and offboarding processes via the HRIS system, gaining exposure to core HR administration practices
  • General Duties:
  • Preparing meeting rooms and supporting internal meetings
  • Providing general administrative support to senior staff
  • Ensuring shared office spaces are kept organised and presentable
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Previous administrative or office experience is desirable but not essential
  • Working knowledge of equipment, like printers and copiers
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel, Word and Outlook, in particular)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise work
  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
