We’re looking for a motivated, strategically minded Digital Account Manager to join Hybrid’s award-winning partnerships team - working closely with higher education clients to deliver impactful campaigns across all aspects of paid media.

What You’ll Do
- Build and grow trusted relationships with key higher education clients.
- Lead paid media campaign delivery from briefing to reporting across social, search, and programmatic.
- Partner with internal specialists to optimise campaign performance and advise on strategy.
- Identify new opportunities for growth, innovation, and improved results.
- Present campaign insights and new ideas to clients confidently and persuasively.
- Collaborate on new business proposals and pitches.
What You’ll Bring
- Experience in agency account management within marketing.
- A grasp of paid media principles (PPC, Paid Social, Display, or Programmatic).
- Confidence in client communication, reporting, and relationship-building.
- Detail-oriented, proactive, and commercially aware.
- A genuine passion for marketing that drives real impact.
